I still remember standing at my son's wedding and watching the celebrant bring such warmth to an important moment in our family. I remember thinking to myself, this is something I would genuinely love to do for other families too.
That experience inspired me to become a fully qualified civil marriage celebrant. My role is to take care of the legal side of your marriage while making the ceremony feel personal, comfortable and true to you as a couple — whether we celebrate at my home in Fraser Rise, at your home, or at another venue you have chosen.
As a first-generation migrant who proudly calls Australia home, I understand how important family, culture and community can be on a wedding day.
In the past 1.5 years, I've had the privilege of marrying more than 50 couples. One of the nicest things I hear from couples who marry at our home is how relaxed, welcoming and positive the experience feels. For me, that's exactly how such an important day should feel.
